Kathleen Winn is a dedicated advocate for Southern Arizona, aiming to bring action and solutions to Washington, DC. Arriving in Arizona in 1976, Kathleen graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communications and has an extensive background in television reporting, marketing, banking, and real estate. Politically active and committed to making a difference, she served as the Community Outreach and Education Director for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, focusing on veterans’ issues, establishing Veterans Courts, and protecting seniors through the TASA initiative. A passionate fighter for vulnerable populations, including trafficking victims and children in foster care, Kathleen’s experience and dedication make her the strong, solution-oriented leader needed in Congress. Married to Albert Winn, a retired VP of Boeing’s Apache Program, Kathleen has also chaired the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, raising millions for scholarships. The Winns are deeply involved in their community, emphasizing the need for strategic thinking to address Arizona’s challenges.
