Why We Need Change

PAID FOR BY “GET OUT THE VOTE” PAC

#101603/#PAC20240229

Pinal County failed our election audits for 2022 and the 2024 preferred presidential election and had other election process failures. Other officials and candidates claim nothing to see here, let’s move along. Pinal County has made national news regarding problems in our elections.

The 2022 recount identified more problems in an election already riddled with process failures. This information was not available to the Court at the time of trial. (Kentch, et al v. Kris Mayes)

Arizonans are entitled to have their votes accurately and properly counted. (Chavez v. Brewer)

The purpose of an election contest under Arizona law is to ensure the will of Arizona voters is determined and the byproduct of a contest is an accurate counting of votes that produces confidence in the result. (ARS §§16-672, et seq.)

$100+ million loan to Lucid Motors with Pinal taxpayers on the hook if Lucid fails. Our Board of Supervisors should not be picking winners and losers in private industry. We need free markets.

Illegal taxation on the taxpayers that violated Arizona Statute by elected Pinal County officials:

Board of Supervisor’s illegal $90 Million TPT (Vangilder v. Pinal County, et al)

Assessor’s illegal property tax collection on 100+ neighborhoods (Machu v. Pinal County, et at)

Assessor’s illegal removal of tax exemption (100 Val Vista v. Pinal County)

THIS IS WHY WE NEED CHANGE

To elect righteous people that stand up for what is right, small government, less regulations, lower taxes, and property rights.

When government fears the people, that is Liberty,

When the people fear the government, that is tyranny.
